    I love the sushi here!! The workers are extremely nice. The price isn't bad either I would recommend anyone that want a nice sushi roll or a bowl of ramen to visit.

    This was my first visit to Sushi California. The restaurant was very nice on the inside. Nicely lit on the inside. Plenty of tables. Music played in the background fr the 80's. It was a real cool vibe. The staff was very friendly! Service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the sushi, salad and Miso soup. The next time I'm in the Ft Campbell area, I will definitely come back.

    Okay brace yourself. I usually don't leave reviews but decided I need to do one. As far as the establishment goes it's clean, nice and the staff is very attentive. As far as the food goes- 1. Major bust is this sushi spot doesn't have a lot of rolls to offer. By the name alone I would have thought that they had a variety of rolls. I ordered the dragon roll and a side of steamed rice. The rice was not sticky nor soft it was a little bit undercooked. The sushi itself wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. After eating I threw up within several hours. (Now not saying you will get sick eating here that's just my body my stomach and that was the reaction I got from eating here). Maybe it was the roll I got, maybe it was a bad batch? Who knows. I just believe for a sushi spot they should have a lot more options and better rice. Just my opinion, needless to say I won't be returning.

    Service and music were great and worth 4-5 stars easy. I'm giving Sushi California a 3 star rating just for the food. I ordered a variety: Sashimi appetizer, Spicy Tuna and Dragon roll. I've ordered many of these from other restaurants, so I have lots to compare to. Sashimi was ok but average at best. Spicy tuna was basic with tuna and cucumber, not too much spicy flavor. Dragon roll was one of the worst I've ordered. Very little eel on top (About 2 nigiri pieces worth). Need more eel and avocado to make it worth the price. Hope they can make these improvements.

    Sushi is very affordable here. Service is great. Place seems clean. I was amazed at how affordable the sushi was. Finding the place was super easy. I got takeout. I loved the Philadelphia roll. They put salmon in it for me instead  of the usual smoked salmon. The Volcano Roll was so so. The scallop sushi roll was good. I will come back here for takeout again!
